I actually have ideas for four distinct groups of Changelings in the Equestrian wastes. One, Cazdoppelgängers: toxic, shape shifting creatures who's venom causes unnatural infatuation in the target. When the target's love is at its apex the mutant changeling literally eats their heart (altered diet)...

She is orange because that was the color sample I was given and she looks worried because I was lead to believe she cares about Cloud Dancer and the mare is about to fly into a wall.
