Volume breakdowns

Ok, here's what I'm planning for my volumes, based on Kkat's suggested format and because I thought her idea of roman numerals is more my style

I'm also adding a volume just for all the extras I want to add. I'm still debating whether I want 20.5 at the end of volume II or in volume VI (my current preference).
Volume I: Introduction - Chapter 12
Volume II: Chapter 13 - Chapter 21
Volume III: Chapter 22 - Chapter 29
Volume IV: Chapter 30 - Chapter 38
Volume V: Chapter 39 - Afterwords
Volume VI: Appendix - Additional artwork, map, select comments from the comments threads, timeline, Littlepip stats, perk listing, etc. Basically everything I would love to add in a permanent document.

Are you still planning to do this alone, or to produce a few?

Well, for a set of six volumes, I'm looking at at least $250 (most likely more) in supplies alone, I think this is going to have to be a single run.

So, book 1: The Book of Littlepip?

I thought about something like that, but probably not going to do it myself, for the same reasons as given in the Afterword.

I world love a print FoE book. Only reason I haven't done it myself is due is cause I can't decide where to split it. Aren't 6 too many though? I don't know, I figured two or three would be enough. My PDF comes out to 1000 pages, so 500 page volumes aren't out of the question.

Formatting for print comes out to more pages. My copy of volume one is hovering around 385 pages and may expand a few more as more artwork is finished. For a hand bound book, 500 pages is starting to push it.

I have an idea: Include a soundtrack of all the fan music at the time of printing, with the artists/composers permission of course.

When your finished will you make your version available for us to utilize for printing? I don't mind footing the printing from a local printer but I don't have the patience (or skill) to format everything.
