Singular Location for Rules and Such

I have a group that would be into trying out an FO:E PnP game, but even after scouring through the threads here I can't seem to find all the info I'd need to run a game. And to make it more difficult I've found at least 4 character sheets, 3 different rulesets on magic, and multiple descriptions of how characters are made. Would it be possible to get a stickied thread with everything in one location so people don't have to slog through dozens of threads just to try and get started? Would be appreciated greatly.

Hurray! You are a wonder.
All the talk about it in chat has really gotten me interested, and now I have something to dig into.

You might also want to have this:

It's a quick reference for the spells in the game and also an attempt on making them more understandable.
Furthermore, it is still a work in progress. >.<

I noticed something about the character sheets. The Potency, Strain, and Versatility stats are not using the Round Up function on some of the sheets, but the standard revised ruleset states they should always be rounded up. This typically doesn't matter for most unicorns, but for unicorns with the Spread Thin trait this can short a pony by a much need point in Potency.
Example:
Unicorn with 9 End. Pot is End/2. Potency = 4.5 and is by default rounded up to 5.
Spread Thin Unicorn with 9 End. Pot is (End/2)/2. Potency = 4.5 /2 = 2.25 and is by default rounded down to 2.
According to Kkat's revised ruleset the Spread Thin unicorn's Potency should be rounded up to 3 instead of rounded down to 2. Which is pretty important to a unicorn with the Spread Thin trait.
I suggest changing the formulas on the sheets to use the RoundUp() or Ceiling() functions for Potency. Strain and Versatility are already correctly rounding up since they are only ever going to be .5 or whole numbers.
